That’s when it’s time to let go, and to give your Wolvis a chance to start a new chapter. Our resale service is here to help you do just that! Give your beloved Wolvis items a second, or third, or even fourth life....
It’s simple, you send us your Wolvis, we take care of the rest: washing, refreshing, photographing, and preparing it for a new home. This way, your Wolvis keeps shining, and its story continues.
How it works
1. Submit your Wolvis
Fill out our resale request form below and send us a few photos.
2. Reviewing your Wolvis
Based on its condition, we’ll let you know which wear-and-tear category your piece belongs to and how much store credit you’ll receive.
3. Send it our way
We’ll provide you with a pre-paid return label. Pack your Wolvis with love and send it to us.
4. Final check
Once we receive your piece, we carefully inspect it to confirm its condition. If it fits a higher or lower category than estimated, we’ll adjust it.
5. Receive your store credit
Once we’ve reviewed your piece, we’ll issue your store credit right away. No waiting for your piece to be sold. The store credit can be spent exclusively in our Wolvis webshop, on both new collections and preloved pieces.
6. A new story begins
From here on, we take care of everything: washing, refreshing, photographing, and reselling your Wolvis. No hassle for you, no product texts, no shipping, no worries. We’ll make sure your beloved piece finds a new home, where it can start its next story.

Questions about the wolvis resale service
Which items can I submit?
Only official Wolvis scarves and clothing items in good condition are eligible. Smaller Wolvis accessories such as hats, headbands, gloves, mittens, and socks are excluded.
Items that are damaged, have holes, are deformed, worn out, stained or dirty are not eligible.
Wolvis pieces without a brand label or with a cut-off brand label will not be accepted.
How many items can I submit?
There’s no limit to the number of items you can submit. Please fill out a separate form for each item you wish to send.
How is the value of my item determined?
We start by looking at the photos you provide, so the quality of your pictures is very important. Based on these images, we give a provisional valuation and place your Wolvis in one of our four wear-and-tear categories:
Wear-and-tear categories
• Impeccable - Brand new with tags, never worn. Perfect condition, exactly like it came from the store.
• Barely worn - As good as new, worn only a few times.
• Gently loved - In great condition, with minimal signs of use.
• Well-Cherished - In good condition, with light signs of use.
The final valuation happens when we receive your item. After inspecting it, we may adjust the category up or down to reflect its true condition, ensuring your shop credit is accurate.
How do I send my Wolvis?
Fill out our resale request form and include a few clear photos of your item. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label. Pack your Wolvis with care and send it our way.
What happens after I send my Wolvis?
When your Wolvis arrives, we carefully inspect it to confirm its condition. We then issue your shop credit based on the final evaluation. No waiting for your piece to be sold.
From here onwards, we take care of the rest: washing, refreshing, photographing, and preparing it for resale. You don’t need to worry about anything.
Where can I use my shop credit?
You can use your shop credit in our Wolvis webshop on both new collections and preloved items. Your shop credit is valid for up to one year from the moment it’s issued.
