• RETURNS

Not completely happy with your purchase? That can happen.
You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it. The articles must be returned undamaged, unworn, and have their original labels attached.

1. Register your return
Before sending anything back, please register your return request
• Log in to your customer profile (click here) using the same email address you used for your order.
• Select the order and / or the product(s) you wish to return.
• Once submitted, we will review your request and send you a pre-paid return label

2. Send your item(s) back
• Pack your items securely
• Attach the pre-paid return label and drop off your parcel

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Good to know
• Digital and physical gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
• Items returned in unsuitable condition may not be refunded or may be subject to a deduction for loss of value.

• REFUND

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be not be refunded.

We issue refunds only after we’ve received and inspected your return.
If everything is in order:

• Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive your return
• The refund will be made via the original payment method
• You’ll receive back: the price of the returned item(s) and the standard shipping cost of your order.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. You can check the list of shipping costs per region here.

If an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to try it on, a deduction for loss of value may be applied.
