Cancellations & returns

If you wish to cancel your order, exercise your right of withdrawal, and/or return an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your customer profile with the same email used for your order
  2. Select the relevant order and product(s), and follow the steps to submit your request.
  3. Once submitted, we will review your request and inform you about the next steps by email.

Please note that only orders or items that have not yet been fulfilled can be cancelled.
Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled and will be shipped as planned. In that case, our standard return procedure will apply.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

How do I cancel my order?
  1. Log in to your customer profile with the same email used for your order
  2. Select the relevant order and product(s), and click cancel items / order.
  3. Once submitted, we will review your request. If your order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically visible within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note, you can only cancel your order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

Can I cancel only part of my order?

Yes, individual items can be cancelled as long as they have not yet entered the fulfillment process.

How long does it take to process a cancellation?

Cancellations are usually processed within one business day. Refunds are typically visible within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

No. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You can then use our return process.

Withdrawals & returns

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

You can start your withdrawal via your customer account by selecting your order and submitting a withdrawal / return request.

I received a damaged item.

We strive to always deliver the highest quality. If, despite our quality controls, an item appears to be faulty, please contact info@wolvis.be.

It would be great if you could provide us with the following information:
• your order number
• a description of the problem
• image(s) of the faulty item

Wolvis will cover the return fees by providing you with a pre-paid return label.

I received an incorrect item.

We pack all your orders with great love and care, however sometimes an error can occur, for which we sincerely apologize.

How long do I have to return an item?

Once have accepted your withdrawal / return request, you must return the items within 14 days. The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached.

How does the return process work?

1. Submit a withdrawal / return request
Before returning anything, you must register your return:
Log in to your customer profile with the same email used for your order, select the order and product, and follow the steps to register your return.
Once submitted, we will review your request and send you a pre-paid return label within 2 business days.

2. Return the goods
• Pack your items securely
• Attach the pre-paid return label and drop off your parcel

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Will I get a refund?

Yes, but the timing and conditions depend on the type of request.

  • Order cancellation (before fulfillment)
    If your order is cancelled before it has been fulfilled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
    Cancellations are usually processed within one business day. Refunds are typically visible within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Right of withdrawal & returns (after fulfillment / shipment)
    If you exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving your order, you will receive a refund once we have received and inspected your returned items.
    If everything is in order:
    - Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive your return
    - The refund will be made via your original payment method
    - You will be refunded the item price and the standard shipping costs of your order
    Please note:
    - Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund
    - Items showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to try them on may be subject to a deduction for loss of value

When can I expect the refund?

  • Right of withdrawal & returns (after fulfillment / shipment)
    We try to be as quick as possible with your refund. Usually, the refund is made within 14 days after we have received the returned item(s). The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Will delivery charges be refunded?
  • Order cancellation (before fulfillment)
    Yes. If your order is cancelled before it has been fulfilled (shipped), you will receive a full refund, including any delivery charges paid for the order.

  • Right of withdrawal & returns (after delivery)
    Yes. If you exercise your right of withdrawal and return your order, the standard delivery charges paid for the original shipment will be refunded.
    Please note:
    - Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
    - If you only return part of your order, the original delivery charges will not be refunded.
